This is an exceptional third floor property for the discriminating visitor. Decorated with Kincaid art, king-size bed in the master, and beds for 6 additional guests, our vacation home at Tenderfoot Lodge is right at the foot of Keystone Mountain, 400 yards from the "Peru Express" chairlift. This is closer to the lift than anything at River Run, and is an ideal base from which to enjoy your Summit County winter or summer vacation.

With three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeping for nine, this is a great family condo. But please note, in order to keep this unit in exceptional condition, we do not allow dogs or smoking.

The condo is the largest unit in Tenderfoot Lodge. It is over 1600 square feet and boasts views to the south from two private balconies overlooking the lower slopes of Keystone Mountain. From the living room and the kitchen the view is South-west over the Snake River to Buffalo Mountain 10 miles away. One of the bedrooms overlooks the central courtyard of the complex and its two large outdoor jacuzzis.

The furnishings are in keeping with the mountain west style of the complex. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and has its own full bathroom attached. The bath is a jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom -- also with a jacuzzi tub.

The living room has a large screen TV, a VCR, and CD Player. The dining table seats six; and the full-length bar has seating for an additional four.

There is a gas log fire in the living room. The rest of the unit is heated by centrally piped hot water radiators. Humidifiers are also provided as Colorado is dry!

Within the unit is a laundry room containing a washer and dryer, so you can always have warm dry skiwear, irrespective of how many times you fall in the snow!

There is an underground parking garage, and elevators take you from the garage to within 20 steps of the front door. The condo is on the third floor -- which enhances the views.

In addition to the outdoor hot tubs and barbecue area, the lodge itself features a very large communal lounge with an ultra-large TV and various games.

The complex is one of the few in the "Mountain House" area of Keystone which offer true "walk to lift" capability. It's a shorter walk from our back door to the "Peru" chairlift than from anywhere in River Run to the gondola!

There are many restaurants within one half mile of the condo; and the resort's frequent FREE shuttle buses can take you the mile to Keystone Village or River Run.

We know you will enjoy our "home away from home" at Keystone. In the last year, 80% of our guests were repeats. Our weekly rates are less than half the rates quoted by commercial management companies for the same complex, and the rate we quote is the TOTAL price you pay - all service fees and taxes are included in our rates. In addition, while supplies last, we can offer lift tickets offering up to 60% off window prices, which can save you hundreds of dollars off your total vacation cost.
