| 06/09/09 - Bikes in the garage bike racks: |
|
At last year’s Annual Meeting an initiative was passed stating that any bike not tagged with the owners name and Unit number would be donated
to charity. In our January Board Meeting that deadline was extended. Therefore, all bikes in the garage bike racks which are not tagged by July 6th with the
owner’s name and unit number will be removed from the rack and donated to charity or disposed of. |
| Announcing WiFi Service at Tenderfoot Lodge!! |
|
Starting June 15th 2009: Your Tenderfoot Lodge Board of Directors recently selected ResortInternet from among competing bids and approved their Proposal for a 2nd Renewal Term to continue to provide High Speed Internet Service (“HSIS”) to Tenderfoot owners and guests(1). As you may be aware, many Tenderfoot owners have requested WiFi for some time. As part of the Renewal Agreement, ResortInternet has agreed to install WiFi (wireless) Internet Service. The WiFi Service will cover all Units, the Great Room and Hot Tub area. ResortInternet’s unique approach will provide WiFi at Tenderfoot at no cost to the HOA, and still allows owners and guests who want to use the WiFi Service to subscribe, without forcing additional costs on owners who do not want to use the WiFi Service! After June 15th, owners and guests who are subscribed, or wish to subscribe, will be able to connect to the WiFi Service from anywhere in the Lodge – including within their condo Units, and will also be able to use the existing wired HSIS in their condos, if they so choose. There is more good news! The new monthly rate of $19.00 (beginning June 1, 2009) is about the same as last year ($18.91) and will include both WiFi and wired HSIS. Monthly billing for annual subscribers will continue thru Wildernest Property Management until the start of Tenderfoot’s new Fiscal Year (October 1, 2009). Beginning October 1, 2009 ResortInternet will automatically charge each subscriber’s credit card the current ongoing monthly rate. In order to use the WiFi Service, current Tenderfoot subscribers need to update their account information and select a password on-line at: https://www.resortinternet.com/tfl. This is a secure website - so you can be assured your account information is confidential and secure. (If you would prefer to provide your information via phone, please call 970.262.3515, ext: 0) Your password will be activated on the WiFi Service within 48 hours. Subscribers can continue to use their wired HSIS without a password. If subscribers want to continue to use their own personal WiFi router (connected to the wired HSIS), they can do so; but ResortInternet does not support personal WiFi routers. Subscribers will only be able to access the WiFi Service after their password is received and activated by ResortInternet. Subscribers should select a unique password which they can remember; not a generic password, like “Unit2623” or “TFL”. The password should be at least 3 characters, but a password of at least 6 characters, with at least one number is advised. The password provides several important services including; increased security and privacy for the user and preventing non-subscribers from getting a “free-ride” paid by the other subscribers! Once the password is activated on the WiFi Service, users will also be able to connect to the WiFi Service from their condo, the Great Room and Hot Tub Areas. For security reasons, passwords will only be provided to the subscriber (if requested) upon confirmation of the subscriber’s identity, based on information in their updated account information. Users without an annual subscription will be invited to subscribe to the WiFi Service for a 2 day, 7 day or 30 day period, at prices significantly higher than the prorated annual subscription monthly rate. Short-term subscribers can subscribe on the WiFi Service “welcome screen” and charge it to their credit cards. Current HSIS Subscribers – please update your account information and select a password on-line at https://www.resortinternet.com/tfl New Annual HSIS Subscribers – if you would like to subscribe to the WiFi Service (and wired HSIS) please subscribe on-line at https://www.resortinternet.com/tfl In addition, ResortInternet will have one of their Technicians on-site at Tenderfoot Lodge – starting at 11:30am – after the Annual HOA Meeting on September 12th, to assist subscribers with updating their account information, registering passwords, etc. However, in order to use the WiFi Service before the Annual Meeting, the account information and password must be updated on-line – before it can be used. And of course you can contact ResortInternet directly at 877.208.4141 or at info@resortinternet.com for further information. Your Tenderfoot Board and ResortInternet hope you enjoy this new valuable amenity at Tenderfoot Lodge! |
